The second quarter of each year is a busy and fulfilling season for the intellectual property community. After the “Consumer Protection Day” on March 15, we ushered in the “World Intellectual Property Day” on April 26. Typical cases were published within every jurisdiction, and we are pleased to share with you that several of the cases we represented have been recognized by authoritative organizations and entered the list of outstanding cases.
每年的第二季度是知识产权界繁忙而充实的季节，继3月15日的“消费者保护日”之后，我们又迎来4月26日的“世界知识产权日”，各地机构和法院纷纷公布其管辖范围内的典型案例，我们很高兴地与大家分享我所代理的几起案件荣获权威机构的认可，并进入优秀案例榜单。
  • TOP 10 CASES of “IP Protection 2022 – 2023” & “The Model Cases Bridging Administrative and Judicial IP Enforcement” by the Quality Brands Protection Committee, or QBPC. We had four cases honorably awarded in these categories among the handful listed cases. One of them was separately selected as the typical case in the intellectual property criminal prosecution area of the oil and energy industry by the Guangzhou Municipal Government.
    “2022-2023年度知识产权保护十佳案例” 及 ”两法衔接典型案例”，本次我所共有四个案件得到中国外商投资企业协会优质品牌保护委员会的认可并入围榜单，其中一个案件还另外被广州市政府选为石油能源行业的典型刑事案件。
