Nancy Hou joined HongFangLaw in 2025, specializing in Intellectual Property and unfair competition. Her practice encompasses both litigation and non-litigation matters concerning IP infringement, with particular experience in devising enforcement strategies for online intellectual property infringement. From 2022 to 2025, Nancy Hou pursued her Master of Law in Intellectual Property at China University of Political Science and Law, under the supervision of the renowned scholar Professor Feng Xiaoqing. During her studies, she gained frontline exposure to cutting-edge industry challenges by participating in multiple expert seminars led by her supervisor on complex IP cases. Her academic training included a deep engagement with foundational works such as “Interest Balance Theory in Intellectual Property Law” and “Philosophy of Intellectual Property Law”, alongside explorations into the intersections of IP and Civil Law, as well as fundamental jurisprudential frameworks like Hohfeld analysis system. This has enabled her to build a robust knowledge system that seamlessly integrates theoretical depth with practical application.
