Ms. Anna Hu graduated from the Intellectual Property School of East China University of Political Science and Law. In 2018, Anna joined HFL and engaged in the work of an intellectual property lawyer in 2020. Anna has been adaptive and fast-growing since she started to involve herself in the IP industry with passion.
Anna has her main expertise in Intellectual Property litigations and non-litigation business and is competent in providing a full range of IP strategies and legal services to her clients. Anna focuses mostly on Intellectual civil litigation and administrative litigation, Trademark-related legal services (including but not limited to Trademark Authorization, Trademark Registration Application, Trademark Opposition, Trademark Invalidation Application, Trademark Cancellation for trademarks that haven’t been used for three consecutive years and Trademark Reviews), Online complaint, IP administrative raid actions, etc.

Representative Cases
- Represented Amore Pacific for many trademark infringement litigations. In “雪花秀” contact lenses case, the client’s “雪花秀” trademark have been recognized as well-known trademark by Guangzhou IP Court; and in “悦诗风吟/Innisfree” branded razor case, the client’s “悦诗风吟/Innisfree” trademarks have been recognized as well-known trademarks by Fuzhou Intermediate People’s Court.
- Represented TWE for many trademark infringement litigations, among which the client’s “奔富”trademark has been recognized as an unregistered well-known trademark by Fuzhou Intermediate People’s Court and Xiamen Intermediate People’s Court.
- Represented Hennessy to handle trademark infringement and copyright infringement cases.
- Represented Akzo Nobel and Diageo to handle trademark opposition and trademark invalidation cases.
