Blair Bi

Ms. Blair Bi has been practicing in the intellectual property law area since her graduation. Blair has handled large amounts of trademark cases including trademark clearance search, trademark review, and opposition, and administrative litigation involving TMO and TRAB decisions. Blair is experienced in communicating and cooperating with law enforcement authorities including the MSA (Market Security Administration) and the PSB (Public Security Bureau) for the initiation of law enforcement actions against infringers and counterfeiters.

Blair also has experience in border protection cases including Customs IPR recordation, white list recordation, and dealing with Customs seizure. Besides, her work also includes investigation/enforcement report preparation & analysis, case status updates & follow-up with clients. With fluent capability in both Chinese and English, she translates routine legal documents and deals with email correspondence with clients.
