Lucia Miao

Lucia graduated from the School of Intellectual Property, East China University of Political Science and Law, with in-depth academic training in intellectual property. She is currently on the Firm’s IP team. She assists the team with brand enforcement and trademark infringement cases, undertaking evidence collation and research, supporting preparation of legal documents, infringing product complaints, and customs recordation work. With a careful and prudent working style, Lucia keeps building practical experience and supports the team to provide professional legal services to clients.
