Ms. Irene Zeng has been practicing in the IP field in China for 16 years since the year 2000 after she graduated from the law School of Renmin University specializing in Intellectual Property Law. She joined in Rouse & Co., a leading international IP firm (Beijing office) after graduation. Later in 2003, Ms. IRENE ZENG together with other partners founded their own law firm to continue the legal practice mainly in IPR field.
Ms. Irene Zeng’s practice covers the areas of trademark prosecution, trademark protection, unfair competition, design patent protection, copyright registration and protection, and domain name registration and arbitration. She has rich experience in handling infringement disputes. In the past 16 years, she has handled thousands of various types of IP cases and a few infringement dispute cases handled by her have been awarded “Typical Cases”
by various authorities. Ms. Irene Zeng is a member of INTA. With fluent communication capability in both Chinese and English, Ms. Irene Zeng cooperates mostly with multinational corporations in various industries.
