    Job Responsibility

    1. Supporting on disputed cases per instruction from partners and/or client managers;
    2. Attending, pursuing or providing all necessary legal support, including but not limited to enforcement actions through communications with various authorities;
    3. Supporting on litigations (civil litigation, administrative litigation, criminal prosecution) per instruction from partners and/or client managers;
    4. Advising and advocating clients in civil actions or other non–contentious IP cases
    5. Negotiating in legal disputes;
    6. Drawing up appropriate contractual documents.

    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor degree and/or master’s degree in Law, Economics, English and/or other relevant areas;
    2. Qualification with Bar Exam preferrable;
    3. Relevant legal area working experience preferable;
    4. Able to work under pressure;
    5. Good ability to handle with dispute cases independantly;
    6. Good with team work, if necessary
    7. Flexible with business trips.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. In charge of trademark research, risk assessment analysis, trademark application, objection,
      review and other related work
    2. Familiar with international trademark registration process
    3. Responsible for drafting or review the relevant legal documents
    4. Responsible for providing legal support to other departments
    5. Responsible for participation in customer projects, contract negotiations
    6. Responsible with the company for legal activities or work related to cases for analysis

    Qualifications

    1. College or higher education, law or economic law and other related professional qualifications,
      qualified lawyers is preferred
    2. Proficient legal aspects of intellectual property law
    3. Able to work under pressure, strong ability to adapt
    4. A pragmatic and meticulous work style, good communication skills and team spirit

    Job Responsibilities

    1. In charge of prior art research, risk assessment analysis, patent application, reexamination, invalidation and other related work
    2. Familiar with Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) process
    3. Responsible for drafting or review the relevant legal documents
    4. Responsible for providing legal support to other departments
    5. Responsible for participation in customer projects, contract negotiations
    6. Responsible with the company for legal activities or work related to cases for analysis

    Qualifications

    1. Background knowledge in science and engineering, i.e. a degree in electronics, physics, mechanics, chemistry, etc.
    2. Candidates who have a patent attorney license will have priority. Candidates with relevant working experience as a patent attorney will have favorable benefits and wages.
